Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Ulifiz at any time. Here is how.

Delete your Instagram data

  • Sign in to Ulifiz and open the Instagram page.
  • Choose Disconnect Instagram and confirm.
  • The account's access token, conversations and messages are deleted from Ulifiz immediately.

Remove access from Instagram

In the Instagram app, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Ulifiz. Instagram notifies us, and we delete the access token, conversations and messages for that account right away.

Delete your Ulifiz account

Email support@ulifiz.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete your account, settings and all related data within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged a business that uses Ulifiz

Your messages belong to the conversation with that business. Ask the business to remove them, or write to us with your Instagram username and the business name and we will delete them.
