Terms of Service

Ulifiz connects to your Instagram Professional account and answers direct messages using the instructions you write. You can take over or pause any conversation at any time.

• Only connect Instagram accounts you are allowed to manage.
• Keep the information in your prompt accurate. Automatic replies are based on it.
• Follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta's Platform Terms and applicable law, including consumer and data protection law.
• Don't use Ulifiz for spam, harassment or misleading messages.

Replies are generated by an AI model and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account and should review conversations regularly. Instagram only allows replies within 24 hours of a customer's last message.

We work to keep Ulifiz available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, since it depends on Instagram and other providers. We may change or discontinue features and will tell you about significant changes in advance when possible.

You can disconnect Instagram or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or Instagram's platform at risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumni Digital is not liable for indirect losses or for messages generated from instructions you provided. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
